In search of an elevated dining experience to celebrate Valentine’s Day with someone you love? Check out the newly opened Corvina Seafood Grill. The menu is filled with fresh seafood with international flair, so you’ll be able to try something different. To start, try the Honduran-style tuna ceviche which is made with coconut milk, lime, ginger, chile, and cilantro. If you prefer hot appetizers, their charbroiled oysters served with warm Cuban bread or the lobster and mushroom chile rellenos are incredible. For your entrees, choose from the chef’s specialties like plantain-crusted Corvina, whole local crispy red snapper made Veracruz-style or grilled prawns which they nickname “Diablo” for the spice level. Don’t love seafood? Don’t worry! They also make a decadent herb-roasted chicken and have some savory steaks on the menu too. Pair with cocktails or a bottle of bubbly, and you’ve got a perfectly romantic date night.
While they’re not typically open on Mondays, they will be open for the holiday, which is great news. You can make your reservations right on their website or via OpenTable directly. Happy Valentine’s Day!
